Intel Atom Video Driver Download

Dec 12, 2016 I had to disable Windows Updates because Windows automatically downloads and installs the drivers which are no. More about atom z8300 cherry trail gpu intel.

I understand that Apps are crashing in Windows 8.

I can imagine the inconvenience you have experienced. I will definitely help you with this.

Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

a)Download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

b)Right-click on the driver and click on properties.

c)Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box 'Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select Windows 7 operating system from the drop down.

d)Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.

Please provide the event viewer logs.

a)Move the mouse to the bottom left of the screen and right-click to get see a list of options.

b)Select ‘Event Viewer’.

c)Click an event log in the left pane.

d)Double-click an event to view the details of the event. Events are classified as error, warning, or information, depending on the severity of the event.

Hi,

I have the same problem: I installed Windows 8 on an Intel Atom D2700DC motherboard. I followed your instructions when installing video driver for win7 (i.e. using compatibility mode) , but still when I run metro apps the system crashes !

Viceversa, using desktop application everythink seems to be fine.

Please help us !
